Return Policy: BackHome.us only accepts returns for products that have been blemished in manufacturing or orders that have purchased shipping insurance and have been damaged in transit. They do not accept returns or exchanges for size or any other reason. If your order has been damaged, you must provide a picture of the damaged product and packaging within 15 days of delivery by email to request an RMA number. They will expedite the production of replacement products to correctly fulfill your order. All returns require a Return Authorization from BackHome.us before you send the items back. They will not process any returns that have been sent without an RMA number. They do not accept ANY returns if the order has been marked delivered for longer than 15 days.

Shipping Policy: BackHome.us does NOT refund shipping charges. If a customer refuses delivery of a package, BackHome.us reserves the right to charge the customer any fees/shipping incurred.

Cancellation Policy: Customers have the ability to cancel their order on the same day the order was placed without penalty if, and only if, the order has not been processed or shipped already. Any orders that are cancelled after that will incur a 15% cancellation fee as items are produced specifically for you and have already entered the production process. They are unable to cancel any order that has been dropped down into their shipping department for preparation and shipping. If a customer decides to cancel their order on the same day AND the order has not been shipped, BackHome.us will cancel and refund 100% of the order. If the order has already been processed or shipped, the order is no longer subject to the Cancellation Policy and will have to comply with the Return & Exchange Policy.
